Results from a range of Pakistani seats have been entered into the Election Management System, offering insights into the evolving election scene.
Constituency results have been received in total, providing insight into the makeup of the National and Provincial Assemblies. In the 129 constituencies of the National Assembly, a wide range of candidates—46 from the People’s Party, 61 from the PML-N, and 88 independents—have won.
In a same vein, PML-N won eight of the thirteen constituencies in the Punjab Assembly, followed by three independent candidates and two seats won by PML-Q.
With wins in all 28 constituencies so far, the Sindh Assembly results show that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has won handily.
With regard to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, independent contenders won 36 of the 39 seats, controlling the electoral landscape. Nonetheless, JUI won one seat in the assembly and PML-N won two.
Last but not least, the JUI-P won Balochistan’s obtained constituency results, which reflected the varied political realities around the nation.
These findings offer an insight into Pakistan’s changing political environment by illustrating the range of election results 2024 and the allocation of power among various political parties in the National and Provincial Assemblies.
